POTENTIAL FRAUD WARNING

Protect yourself from scams!

It has been brought to our attention that there have been scammers pretending to be us and committing fraud on the internet and social media. These scammers are targeting influencers and models in advertisements and/or on social media, falsely promising collaborations and modeling opportunities. These false advertisements are contacting them by websites and social media accounts that are not and have never been affiliated with Sugarlips where a request for payment information is almost always involved.

To protect yourself from scammers, please follow these precautions:

• Identify the social media accounts:  we do not DM or send messages via any social media accounts other than the official Sugarlips social media account: @shopsugarlips
• Identify the email:  we do not send emails from a public email account (e.g., Hotmail, Gmail, etc.).  Sugarlips emails only come from:  collabs@sugarlips.com, gifting@sugarlips.com, cs@sugarlips.com, name@sugarlips.com
• Double check the sender’s email, scammers may be CC'ing or adding our address to appear legitimate

Important Reminder:

We will never request upfront payments or fees for any opportunity. If you receive a request claiming to be from us asking for money, it is not legitimate.
