Returns and Exchanges

At Sugarlips, we want you to be happy with your purchases and offer a worry-free shopping experience.

For your safety and others, return windows have been extended by 10 days during COVID-19.  Please return your items within 40 days of your order date with a $6 return fee deducted from your refund total.

  • You’ll be prompted to select a new size or color — do just that!
  • Print your return label and mail back the original item
  • We’ll ship the new item to you right away
  • Select the item you’re sending back and request a refund
  • Use your Instant Refund code (like a gift card) to buy any new item
  • Print your return label and mail back the original item
  • Once received, we’ll refund any remaining balance to your original $$
  • Select the item you’re sending back and request a refund
  • You’ll get an Instant Refund code but you don’t have to use it
  • Print your return label and mail back the original item
  • Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original $$

Return & Exchange Policy: US Purchases Only

• All requests for refunds and exchanges must be made within 40 days of the order date through our return portal here. (Please note that due to COVID-19 closures and shipping delays, we will be extending our original 30 day return and exchange window for an additional 10 days for a total window of 40 days from the order date).
• Any merchandise received outside of the return and exchange window or outside our portal will be denied.
• Approved refunds will be subject to a $6 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Merchandise Condition

• For returns and exchanges, merchandise must be in the original condition you received it, including but not limited to:

  • Original tags
  • Completely free of make-up stains, fur, hair, deodorant stains, dirt, or other stains
  • Not worn, altered, or washed

• Any merchandise received not in the above condition will either be denied a refund or exchange of the whole order, or will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the retail purchase price, which will be deducted from the refund total.
• Any denial for a refund or exchange will be notified to the customer as promptly as possible once merchandise is received in our facility and examined, and may be subject to delay considering any overflow in returns during that time.

Processing of Returns and Exchanges

• Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the item has been initiated a return or exchange through our portal and is shipped by you and received in our facility.
• Please allow our facilities 3-7 business days to process returns and exchanges, subject to delay due to high volume of orders or office closures. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sugarlips.

How to Return or Exchange Items

• Within the allowable return window, log into our return portal here and fill out all needed information.
• Any requests made outside the allowable return window, or outside of our portal will be denied.

Final Sale Items

• Orders for Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If Final Sale items are shipped back without an approval, we may reject the package.

Returns from Canada, US Territories and other International Returns & Exchanges

• Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to process exchanges for orders from Canada, US Territories including Puerto Rico, and other international purchases.
• All returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. Due to COVID-19 closures and shipping delays, we will be extending the return and exchange window for an additional 10 days for a total window of 40 days from the order date.
• Please send your return for eligible items in a package addressed to 2250 Maple Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90011 and include order information. Please obtain tracking for your records.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping labels through their preferred carrier.
• Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
• Please allow 3-7 business days upon receipt of merchandise to process returns, subject to delay due to high volume of orders or closures. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sugarlips.

Klarna Payments

• Klarna purchases are only eligible for returns or exchanges through our portal here within 40 days of the order date. (Please note that due to COVID-19 closures and shipping delays, we will be extending our original 30 day return and exchange window for an additional 10 days for a total window of 40 days from the order date).
• If you’ve returned your order – partial or full – and you haven’t paid off all of your Klarna installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount.
• Please allow 3-7 business days upon receipt of merchandise to process returns or upon complete installment payments. There may be delays due to high volume of refunds orders or office closures. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
