Our Response to Covid-19
Our hearts go out to everyone affected by Covid-19 and we hope that you and those you love are safe and healthy. In these uncertain times it is important to prioritize the health and safety of all our dedicated employees and our loyal customers.
As a Los Angeles based company, we will be following the guidelines in the Safer at Home Ordinance and closing our offices until April 19th. Since this situation is complex and constantly evolving, our plans may change. If they do, we’ll be sure to let you know.
Our Policy Updates
Due to COVID-19, and the temporary closure of our HQ, we will be unable to ship or process returns on any orders until Monday April 20.
- We will be extending our return policy to accept returns after 30 days to account for this temporary closure.
- Please note that all items purchased online can still be returned via mail.
- Items will still be made available to order, it just won't be able to ship until Monday April 20.
- Customer service will not be available during this temporary closure until Monday April 20.
