Free Returns & Exchanges
At Sugarlips, we offer risk free, worry free shopping. We understand that online shopping can be nerve racking and we want you to be satisfied with your purchases.
With Sugarlips' 365 day return policy, there are no catches. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or store credit and we'll even pay for the shipping. Details and exceptions below.
- Returns are accepted on non-Final Sale merchandise up to 365 days from the ship date.
- Merchandise must be in the condition you received it, completely free of make-up stains and dirt. Must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Our return policy does not cover pilling, runs or pulls in the fabric that occur after delivery.
- Full refund available for return requests made up to 30 days after the ship date. After that, items may only be returned for store credit.
- International returns - Sorry, no free returns. Details below.
How to Return or Exchange Items
You must get our approval to return an item or exchange it for an alternate size or color or for a different style. Email your request to email@example.com or call customer service at 855-689-7755. Tell us how many pieces are being returned so we can email a return label with sufficient postage. Please fill out the Return/Exchange form that came with your order (or write the information on any piece of paper), telling us what you are returning, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or exchange. If you want an exchange, please write on the form which item(s) you would like us to ship for exchange. Put the form in the package with your return item(s). Print the label emailed to you, attach it to the return package and either put the package in your mailbox for pick up, give it to your carrier, drop the package in a postal service blue mailbox or drop the package off at your local post office.
To speed up the processing of your exchange, we recommend that you visit the Sugarlips online store to purchase the exchange item(s). When we receive your return shipment, we will refund your account for the amount of your original purchase.
Orders for Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are unable to email return labels for Canadian returns. After receiving approval from us for the return, please return items to us by Small Packet-USA or Light Packet-USA shipping. We will refund this shipping cost to you. Returns made using any method other than Small Packet-USA or Light Packet-USA will only be refunded the cost of one of those two shipping methods.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer free returns for international orders. After receiving approval from us for the return, you are welcome to return items to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. Our return policy is noted above. Exchange shipments will be charged the international flat rate shipping fee.
When your package arrives at Sugarlips, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sugarlips.
If your continental U.S, shipment does not arrive, we will ship a replacement 2 weeks after the original shipment date. We will issue a refund 30 days after the original ship date. For orders shipped outside the continental U.S., we will ship a replacement 30 days after the original ship date and will issue a refund 6 weeks after the original ship date.
